With the SCA5618, Nanotec offers a stepper motor with 15-30% more torque than comparable motors with a 56 mm flange (NEMA 23). Thanks to an improved stator geometry and optimized magnetic materials, the rotor inertia is no higher than that of the predecessor model.
For applications that require a high torque, Nanotec offers new planetary gearboxes in two sizes and many reductions: the GP42 gearbox is designed for all motors with NEMA 17-flange, as well as the DF45 external rotor motors from Nanotec. The GP56 gearbox can be combined with all brushless DC and stepper motors in sizes NEMA 23 and 24 (56/60 mm).
Nanotec offers captive linear actuators with short design in sizes NEMA 11 (28 mm) and NEMA 17 (42 mm). With the LGA28 and LGA42 series, the overall length of the guide is just 10 mm longer than the working stroke, therefore they are particularly suitable for use in small installation spaces.
For use in harsh environmental conditions, Nanotec developed the PD2-C-IP, a brushless DC servomotor with integrated controller and 42 mm flange size in protection class IP65.
With the DBL36, Nanotec offers a brushless DC motor that is designed for large quantities. The DBL36 is available in three lengths with a rated power of 7.5 W in size S, 18 W in size M and 33 W in size L.
With the SC2818, Nanotec presents a stepper motor with a flange size of 28 mm and a torque of up to 0.22 Nm. The SC2818 thereby boasts in excess of 30 percent more torque than conventional motors of the same size. The step angle of the 2-phase hybrid stepper motor is 1.8°.
With the DF32, Nanotec has presented a flat and compact external rotor motor. The eight-pole brushless DC motor with a diameter of 32 mm and a height of 18 mm achieves a rated power of 7.4 W.
