LMX Series Linear Motors

LMX linear motors comprise a metal track with multiple embedded rare earth magnets, and a coil assembly supported by a customer-supplied guideway. A key feature of the motors is that they are designed to operate with a comparatively large air gap of 1 mm, to reduce the impact of mounting tolerances on performance characteristics. For most machine tool applications, the track is held stationary and the coil assembly is free to move – but converse mounting arrangements are also practicable, with similar performance attributes.

AL8000 Linear Motors

The new AL8000 product family is based on a modular system design consisting of linear motors and magnetic plates. Users can choose between three widths: 50 mm (AL8x2x), 80 mm (AL8x4x) and 130 mm (AL8x6x). In addition, each width category offers a broad range of different linear motor types in terms of overall length, type of winding and cooling type. The standard product portfolio therefore contains a total of 28 different linear motor types for implementing highly dynamic and powerful linear axes to suit specific application requirements.

Type FHS

The Type FHS can be installed in horizontal, vertical, inverted, and wall-mounted orientations. Four-way equal load rating in all directions (radial, reverse radial, right, and left directions) ensures high rigidity. In addition, The FHS is constructed with components designed to provide stability during extremely high rates of speed.

OMNIedge System

The OMNIedge network sets up automatically and sensors are simply installed on existing components for convenient and easy remote monitoring of operating conditions. Data is securely collected through a dedicated closed IoT networkfor analysis and to provide alerts. By monitoring and predicting damage and lubrication status, the OMNIedge prevents production delays caused by unexpected machine downtime and enables inventory management. 

Type RSX Miniature LM Guide

The compact outer dimensions of the Type RSX enable the realization of space-saving designs. It is available in a standard Type RSX-M and a Type RSX-WM with a longer overall LM block length, wider width and higher rated load and permissible moment than the Type RSX-M. The outer dimensions of the Type RSX-M range from 8mm to 16mm (H), 17mm to 32mm (W) and 23.4mm to 42.9mm (L). The outer dimensions of the Type RSX-WM range from 9mm to 16mm (H), 25mm to 60mm (W) and 31mm to 55.5mm (L).

Telescopic Type ATG Utility Slider

The Type ATG utilizes THK Circular-Arc Raceway Technology for equal to or higher permissible load capacities than Gothic Arch Raceway designs. Circular-Arc Technology achieves less differential slip between the ball and the raceway, resulting in reduced cage displacement, as well as decreased friction and wear. Full stroke reliability is achieved due to the shape of the grooves.
