AMFG is launching its new Machining Strategy feature for its Estimating & Quoting software, along with upgraded 2D PDF analysis with enhanced secondary treatment extraction within Sentinel AI. The update gives estimators and CAM programmers clear visibility into how quotes are calculated, improving speed and consistency across shop teams.

The new SolidMeisterPro series from Tungaloy NTK is a highly productive carbide endmill series for difficult-to-machine materials. The SolidMeisterPro series incorporates TiAlCrN silver composition PVD coating technology that the company says delivers excellent protection. Stafford Double Wide Collars from Stafford Manufacturing Corp. provide twice the axial holding power of standard size collars without an increase in the O.D., the company says. The collars are twice as wide as standard shaft collars and feature the low-profile necessary to fit applications where there are O.D. size restrictions but there's a need for extra axial holding power, the company added.

HEULE Precision Tools allows back spot facing for bore diameters to 45mm, with large widths of cuts. Now spotfacings or counterbores such as screw head counterbores can be cost effectively machined on the back side of the workpiece without rotating the workpiece, thus avoiding time-consuming clamping and repositioning.
