SigmaNEST 24 Suite

SigmaNEST 24 has expanded the Task Dialog to provide greater situational awareness to the NC programmer for handling multiple projects at one time. Within the Task Window, users can create and load jobs, access workspace task reports and apply new commands to multiple tasks. Users can also monitor key statistics such as sheet consumption and scrap percentages. Beta users have reported that the new Task Window cuts programming to a small fraction of the time needed to program each job individually.

N5200 Enterprise SSD

The N5200 SSD features a 4-lane PCIe and an NVMe 1.4 interface and offers sequential data rates of up to 7,000 MB/s read and 4,200 MB/s write. Random reads and writes reach up to 1.35 million IOPS and 450,000 IOPS, respectively. In terms of flash memory longevity, N5200 delivers endurance values of at least 1 DWPD (Drive Writes Per Day) measured against standardized workloads (JEDEC Enterprise Workload) over a 5-year period.

iShield Archive

The PC-based "iShield Archive Tool" (iAT) software is used to set up the card. Both the security parameters and user PIN are configured here. Following the initial configuration, iShield Archive securely stores data in the end device and uses hardware AES-256-bit encryption to protect it.

RCS L-90, RCS T-90, and RCS P-Series

RCS L-90 is a ballbar device that improves robot system accuracy, reduces deployment time, and monitors robot health with simple routines controlled by its supporting software suite. RCS T-90 is a tri-ballbar system which enables robot users to identify root causes of poor performance, with further comprehensive tests to capture critical robot information – such as remastering the joint offsets to calculated positions, running master-recovery routines, and plotting 3D path performance. The third RCS product, RCS P-series, integrates a permanent Renishaw probing solution within a robot cell to apply in-process metrology and automatic recovery to automation processes

Swissbit Device Manager (SBDM)

The Swissbit Device Manager is the systematic further development of the successful Swissbit Lifetime Monitoring Tool, whose feature set and ease of use have now been expanded even further. All the benefits of a complete monitoring and system tool are provided by the SBDM. This includes both the standard S.M.A.R.T. parameters (Self-Monitoring, Analysis and Reporting Technology) as well as the utilization of the individual flash blocks. Important telemetry data, general device information like serial number or firmware version, utilization statistics like NAND flash erase cycles, and ECC/CRC counters are all visualized using SBDM. The history of all these values is recorded for each memory device.

Robotmaster 2024

Robotmaster 2024 is designed for users who need to program multiple robots to perform a variety of processes within the same cell environment. The ability to program multiple robots enhances the programming workflow and gives the user a single view of the entire system to review the workspace for collisions. In addition, users can now leverage Robotmaster’s powerful programming capabilities and unmatched optimization strategies to shorten cycle times and increase output in multi-robot cell environments.

Toolpaths for Powder-Bed-Fusion (PBF)

Integrated into the Rafinex solution, the ModuleWorks software generates highly automated, collision-free toolpaths for PBF. The workflow enables users to quickly program resilient, high-performance parts for production where expert knowledge of the manufacturing process is not required. The pre-defined parameters assist engineers in optimising the workpiece geometry for the PBF process to generate a toolpath and NC code that automatically minimises material waste.
