Vises

TriLock 3-in-1 Vise

TriLock vises with CARVESMART jaws are on sale now with preinstalled hard jaws and a set of 6" extruded machinable aluminum jaws. Additional jaw extrusions are available with 5 different profile options in precut 4-inch, 6-inch and 8-inch widths. Jaw extrusions are compatible with the TriLock vise’s dovetail movable jaws and with other CARVESMART master jaw kits currently in the marketplace (at right). 31" and 94" extrusions are also available for customers.

DXH Hydraulic Vises

Kurt DXH vises have a premium one-piece body design now standard on all Kurt general-purpose vises. Designed using Finite Element Analysis, the new body has 30% less horizontal (push back) deflection than previous DX models. Vises are available in three sizes: DX4H, DX6H and DX8H and reverse models. DXH Hydraulic Vises have the same bed height and keyway to the stationary jaw face as their DX-Series counterparts, along with internal improvements over older DX models including a redesigned nut, new brush seal design and a new bearing pack.

5-inch Heavy Duty Machine Vise

Hardened and moveable jaw plates combat lifting, which can occur during heavier metal removal applications, to help ensure tolerances of ±.0005". Other vise features include the nickel-plated lead screw for long life, needle bearing design that facilitates ease of use even at high clamping force, and a heavy-duty swivel handle to further ease the load for operators. Made in the U.S.A. of stress relieved ductile iron (80,000 psi) and flame hardened, the new vise provides very long usable life and predictable performance.

5-Axis Machine Vises

The design makes them the ideal solution for machining simple to complicated jobs.  In addition, their unique round design allows for five-sided access to workpieces. The vises occupy less space and reduce the amount of vise interference.

Pin Vises

Pin Vises have a small footprint, allowing room for more parts on a table resulting in increased throughput.  Pin Vises are also lightweight making them ideal for automated applications where weight is a consideration.
