Mettler Toledo offer high-precision weighing platforms

Mettler Toledo's new PBK9 and PFK9 weighing platforms provide superior accuracy and reliability in harsh industrial conditions, with sufficient flexibility to be used for many applications, according to the company. The platforms notify the operator when recalibration or adjustments are necessary due to environmental changes, and automated calibration with a built-in calibration weight and plug-in cables allows for easy maintenance.

As a result, the PBK9 and PFK9 platforms virtually eliminate the impact of environmental interferences that cause errors and result in wasted ingredients or rejected batches, the company said.

In addition, the platforms are excellent standalone solutions and operate well as components in applications ranging from counting and formulating to filling. PBK9 and PFK9 offer multiple options, including mild, galvanized or stainless-steel for wet, dusty, harsh or hazardous environments. Nine sizes and 12 capacities from 0.6 kg to 3 tons with resolutions up to 750,000 d are available. All platforms can be connected to various terminals or directly to a control system.
