The Industrial Diamond Association of America will hold its annual Intertech conference May 19-20 at the Marriot Downtown in Indianapolis. Diamond and cubic boron nitride (cBN) are having a major impact on the manufacturing landscape as mesh crystals, polycrystallines, nanodiamonds and CVD materials continue making inroads across several industries, according to the association. In machining, grinding, sawing, drilling, polishing and other material removal applications, these abrasives are allowing users to reduce manufacturing costs and increase productivity.

Since the first Intertech in 2000, these conferences have been recognized as the leading technical conferences on diamond and cubic boron nitride and their application, according to IDAA.
