Featuring Kyocera’s proprietary MEGACOAT NANO EX coating technology, this next-generation PVD coating delivers exceptional performance across various grooving applications. MEGACOAT NANO EX is engineered with high-content aluminum nano layers, providing stable high-temperature hardness and exceptional wear and oxidation resistance. These attributes translate to significantly enhanced tool life and reliability, even under the most demanding machining conditions.
