Monster Tool says its LRNF and HPNF high-performance, solid-carbide endmill line for aluminum and nonferrous applications has been expanded into one of the largest industry offerings available with a wide range of fractional sizes from 1/8" to 1" in diameter, stub length to extra-long flute lengths, reduced necks for extended-reach applications, and corner radius assortment from 0.010" to 0.250".

The product line boasts increased productivity, better workpiece finishes and substantial tool savings. Progressive geometry enhancements, coupled with ZrN coating, is applicable for ramping, plunging, slotting and trochoidal milling. The product line comes standard with H6 shank tolerances and is ground on selective premium carbide blanks for reduced adhesive galling in high-speed machining environments.
