Kanefusa USA Inc. says its fine-pitch-tooth PCD facemill realizes high-speed feeding and high productivity when milling aluminum surfaces. The tool provides high-quality cutting with its precision sharpened edges.

The innovative clamping bolt structure enables lubrication of the cutting edge via a center-hole coolant supply. The brazed edge is resharpenable without runout adjustment. A resharpening service is available upon request.

Specials can be ordered to impart finer surface finishes and prevent burrs.
