Enshu USA offers the WE30Ve vertical machining center. With its evenly distributed rigid bridge structure and 12,000-rpm BT30 spindle, the WE30Ve is ideal for the high-speed, high-precision machining of small to medium sized parts.

The WE30Ve features a spindle drive motor with peak output of 17.5 horsepower and 61 ft.-lbs. of torque for aggressive cutting. Coupled with 1,969-ipm rapid feedrates and 394-ipm feed, the WE30Ve delivers productivity and high metal-removal rates.

Even though it boasts a compact footprint of 1400mm x 2520mm (55.1″ x 99.2″), the WE30Ve is built to accommodate heavy fixtures up to 350kg. The 650mm x 400mm (25.6″ x 15.7″) table work area and 700mm x 400mm x 300mm (27.5″ x 15.7″ x 11.8″) XYZ travels are designed for larger fixtures and longer workpieces. A rotary pallet changer option is available for added productivity.

The Enshu WE30Ve comes standard with a FANUC 0iMD control and 21-tool ATC.
