ATI Industrial Automation has developed a new series of single-axis compliant deburring tools. The RS-151, RS-340 and RS-660-ER models provide radial, single-axis compliance, allowing the spindle and cutter to pivot in one plane about a single-axis to provide high stiffness parallel to (and excellent compliance perpendicular to) the direction of motion resulting in exceptional surface finishes.

All ATI compliant deburring tools feature a robust, high-speed and lightweight air turbine-driven deburring unit for deburring aluminum, plastic, steel and similar materials with a robot.
