Featuring heat dissipative cutter blades that incorporate a radical chip breaker which draws heat away from the surface to prevent work hardening and extend blade life, these tools produce clean, consistent end preps.

Suitable for end prepping hard alloys including Super Duplex stainless steel and P-91 on tube and pipe up to 36" OD, ESCO MILLHOG Cutter Blades are made from T-15 tool steel and are TiN coated. Designed to fit into their EscoLock wedge-style rigid blade lock system, these blades are available with any angle of prep from 37-½ degrees to 10 degrees and compound bevels.
