OSG Tap & Die has expanded its EXOTAP-DC series. Additional sizes, ranging from M16 to M24, are now available in both non-coolant and coolant-through style.

The EXOTAP-DC is a reliable and versatile tap series made from VC-10, powdered-metal, high-speed steel designed for machining cast iron and cast aluminum, according to the company. Its highly rigid cutting edges resist chipping and are highly wear resistant, resulting in stable cutting performance.

With the addition of OSG's proprietary V coating, tool life can be further prolonged.
