CGW-Camel Grinding Wheels has expanded its high performance line of abrasive wheels with the introduction of its 3-in-1 cut/grind/finish combo wheels. Engineered utilizing innovative manufacturing technology, the new 3-in-1 combo wheels allow for cutting, grinding and finishing with one wheel, which eliminates frequent wheel changes and increases production times.

By angling a right-angle grinder at a 90-degree position, the new combo wheel cuts; when positioned at a 30-degree angle, the wheel grinds; and when used at a 15-degree angle, the wheel finishes. Manufactured with three complete layers of fiberglass and a high-quality white aluminum oxide grain, the new .094 thickness 3-in-1 combo wheels easily grind stainless steel and steel.

A fiberglass net reinforcement adds strength and flexibility to the wheels which promotes safer cutting, grinding and finishing. The wheels are contaminate-free, containing less than 0.1 percent of iron, sulfur, or chlorine, for rust-free and corrosion-free results.

CGW's new 3-in-1 cut/grind/finish wheels are available in a type 27 shape, 36 grit size, S-grade, and in 4-½-, 5-, and 6-inch diameters with 7/8 or ⁵⁄₈-11 arbor holes.
