Diebold JetSleeve 2.0 technology offers a unique coolant supply system that is unmatched by any other tool holder product. The JetSleeve 2.0 patented design not only delivers coolant to the cutting edges of your cutting tools, but it also it accelerates the coolant multiple times over the "normal" machine coolant pressure to blast the chips/swarf away for the machined surfaces to eliminate recutting of chips that leads to shorter tool life and prevents smooth machined surfaces.

The goal of the program is to minimize machine downtime and the program's process is simple. When a customer runs a machine until it fails, they can send in their damaged assembly for an engineering analysis to determine if Riten can refurbish/repair to "like new" condition−or build a complete new unit.

Kurt DXH vises have a premium one-piece body design now standard on all Kurt general-purpose vises. Hardened and moveable jaw plates combat lifting, which can occur during heavier metal removal applications, to help ensure tolerances of ±.0005". Other vise features include the nickel-plated lead screw for long life, needle bearing design that facilitates ease of use even at high clamping force, and a heavy-duty swivel handle to further ease the load for operators.

The Flex B and Flex C join Jorgensen's existing Flex G gravity filter version. Flex B provides the same flow rates as Flex G – 30, 60 and 90 gpm – and filtration down to 10 microns for most applications.

The Reliable Uberlight comes in black or white and 3 styles: with a convenient clamp mount to easily mount on any machinery or worktable, with a 7.75" base to prevent tipping, or a direct table mount, (black only, shown below.
