The CorePlus gas connect console is positioned between the current Core and VWI (Vented Water Injection) consoles and introduces argon gas capability for customers that primarily cut mild steel. The gas console offers all Core console capabilities plus argon marking and an increase in piercing thickness with argon-assist enhanced piercing capability.n

Due to its shorter cutting length, the JS754 Stub end mills provide full cutter engagement along the entire length of the tool. This maximizes cutter edge use, which helps reduce carbide waste for improved efficiency and increased sustainability.

STUDER has brought two new cylindrical grinding machines to the North American market with the release of the S100 and S36. BLOHM continues its tradition of customer-centric surface and profile grinding innovation with the release of the PLANOMAT XT Essential. WALTER is focused on packing more tool grinding functionality into a compact space with the new HELITRONIC G200 and HELITRONIC MINI PLUS.

Hardened and moveable jaw plates combat lifting, which can occur during heavier metal removal applications, to help ensure tolerances of ±.0005". Other vise features include the nickel-plated lead screw for long life, needle bearing design that facilitates ease of use even at high clamping force, and a heavy-duty swivel handle to further ease the load for operators. Made in the U.S.A. of stress relieved ductile iron (80,000 psi) and flame hardened, the new vise provides very long usable life and predictable performance.

The Flex B and Flex C join Jorgensen's existing Flex G gravity filter version. Flex B provides the same flow rates as Flex G – 30, 60 and 90 gpm – and filtration down to 10 microns for most applications. As its main filtration method, bag filters make the Flex B a cost-effective method for coolant and cutting fluid filtration and ideal for CNC machine tool applications involving either single machines or centralized coolant systems.

The Reliable Uberlight comes in black or white and 3 styles: with a convenient clamp mount to easily mount on any machinery or worktable, with a 7.75" base to prevent tipping, or a direct table mount, (black only, shown below. With its 26.5" silicone gooseneck and 270 degree rotational head the Reliable Uberlight allows light precisely where needed with a great hold. The 4.75" LED panel does not create glare or flickering and provides up to 60,000 hours of use and 240% more luminous efficiency. All provided with a 6' USB cord and adapter.

TCB now offers AH6225 grade inserts. This latest physical vapor deposition (PVD) coated grade features a high-hardness titanium-rich PVD coating, combined with a tough dedicated carbide substrate. Extremely reliable and versatile insert grade, AH6225 allows TCB to efficiently cut bores in all material groups, including steel, stainless steel, and exotic materials.

Small and lightweight, the L-703S Laser is ideally suited for all kinds of turning applications, from small CNC turning centers and Swiss-type machines to large-bed lathes. With a range of up to 50 ft. (15 m), the laser can also quickly and easily check the alignment of even very large lathes.

The REV motorized broaching tool is designed for use on live tool lathes. Single machine set-up eliminates the need for secondary operation or outsourcing. REV tools are ideal for high production runs, offer easy installation and fast processing time. These tools are designed for maximum rigidity, offer long tool life and an excellent finish.

Available in three models, the VL 30-5X five-axis machining center, and VL 30, and larger VL 50 3-axis versions, this series features a 15 hp 50,000 rpm spindle accepting HSK E25 tooling for precise roughing and ultra-fine finishing. An integrated tool changer holds up to 90 tools.

The M936 maximizes the output of machines most customers use, explained Steve Avers, IMCO's Technical Support Manager. With conventional low-horsepower machines, this free cutting action means the M936 cutter can run to the machine's upper capacity limits.

PunchDrill features patent-pending geometry with an innovative chip breaker which produces short chips to control machining forces. The new drill also has newly developed surface treatments and a hard diamond-like coating specially designed for this application to provide reliable chip removal and increased process reliability. When high-speed PunchDrill is used at the recommended feed and speed, axial force is reduced by half.
