TENNAX-PRO blades are ideal for cutting a wide range of materials including carbon steel, carbon steel alloys, stainless steel, and non-ferrous materials. In addition to pipes, tubes, structural and bundled materials, TENNAX™-PRO applications include small solids. The blades are available in widths of 3/4", 1", 1 1/4", 1 1/2", 2", and 2 5/8", and can be used with manually operated, gravitational, and hydraulic machinery, making them a versatile and adaptable choice for a variety of applications.

Mastercam developers worked closely with Sandvik Coromant product management to let users import 3D tool assemblies directly into Mastercam's toolpath operations. Users of Mastercam benefit from having the correct tooling for the material and for the type of machining operation, plus an accurate, 3D model that can be used for visualization and collision checking in addition to the time savings.

VERICUT 9.4 introduces a new module, CNC Machine Monitoring, which connects VERICUT directly to CNC machines and streams data to allow users to monitor what their machines are doing on the shop floor, live in real time. Users can see which NC program or subroutine is running, monitor machine motions and spindle activity, see if overrides have been applied to spindle or feedrates, identify when machining has been interrupted by Emergency stops or taken out of productive cycle mode, and much more, all within VERICUT.

The Z-Carb HPR portfolio is equipped with various lengths, reach, square, and corner radius styles, along with new chip breaker options to address different machining situations. These end mills are coated with Ti-NAMITE-M and Ti-NAMITE- A, ensuring superior performance even in difficult-to-machine materials like Titanium and Stainless Steel.

For OD clamping, the aluminum jaws can be machined to custom fit the workpiece. For ID clamping, the workpiece is placed over ID jaws, which expand outward using a tapered pin (available separately). The part repeatability is +/- 0.03 mm, and the jaw locating repeatability of +/-0.02 mm.
