The versatility of the Protomar Mini is proven through its application in multi-diameter machines, such as grinders for broaches or turbine blades. What sets it apart from conventional measurement systems is its ability to eliminate the setup and zeroing procedure on a master workpiece for the various diameters across its measuring range.

The NVH G-EAR system can identify potential gear defects at the component level prior to gear box assembly. It works on the Single Flank testing principle where one master gear meshes with the component under inspection, detecting macro-geometry (nicks, runout etc.) and micro- geometry (gear mesh excitation, ghost orders) defects that cause gear whine and noise phenomena.

Zygo Corp. is showcasing part of its 3D optical profiler range — the ZeGage Pro HR, the NewView 9000, and the NewView NX (fitted with a robotic arm to demonstrate how sample measurements can be automated) — and the VerifireTM 3.39 IR laser interferometer.
