Sugino Corp. introduces the new Barriquan family of self-compensating deburring toolholders. Barriquan toolholders have integral tension and compression designed for hard tool deburring of all materials and part shapes.

For longitudinal and face turning, Sandvik Coromant introduces the CoroTurn 300 for higher component quality, increased handling efficiency and longer tool life in steel turning operations. The CoroTurn 300 features stable insert clamping, as well as eight-edged inserts for the high chip control, tool life and surface finish.

Tungaloy Corp. has introduced the AH8000 series of PVD grades and chipbreakers for turning heat resistant alloys. The new PVD grades feature impressive resistance to both wear and fracture due to the world's first nano-multi-layered AlTiN coating with high Al content and dramatically reduces notch wear, crater wear and built-up edge in machining heat resistant alloys.
