Madison Chemical introduces ULTRA-BOND 2187, a dry-in-place pretreatment for precleaned metal. This zero-phosphorus solution forms a homogeneous organic/inorganic layer on pretreated metals, providing outstanding corrosion protection for pretreated surfaces painted with powder or piqued paints.

Extend the life and performance of carbide and HSS cutting tools dramatically by honing their edges and polishing their flutes. These hard materials are still susceptible to breakage. Edge prep processes have been shown to make cutting tools significantly less brittle.

Weiler Abrasives has expanded its offering of small-diameter cutting and snagging wheels for high-speed die grinders to include Tiger AO, Tiger Zirc and Tiger Ceramic. These 2- to 4-inch diameter wheels are designed for long life and fast cutting and join the Wolverine value wheels already offered in this category.
