QL2 features heavy duty, all steel body – treated with Jergens Mcoat for superior wear resistance and durability even in harsh environments. The system features a floating and opposing clamping wedge assembly (with sealed wedge bodies); an Acme threaded screw for increased strength and long life; O-ring lifters for positive separation of top tooling; and versatile standard mounting options.

The GT 342 enables machining of bars from 0.12" to 1.73" (3-44 mm) and can guide bars from 32" (800 mm) to 12'.6" (3810 mm) in length. The new toolless channel design allows for partial changeovers of under 2 minutes with full changeover times of less than 7 minutes.

The DCMove Belted fits accuracy demanding application such as labelers, printers, side transfer sortation, and restricted spaces in addition to packaging, e-commerce, logistics and general material handling. Unique to this new release is the availability of the plug and play iDrive v2 configurations.

The RFID transponders are available as freely writeable and preconfigured versions. A transparent window on the PITreader card enables users to still read the LED status indicator when the card is held up to it. If the company already uses RFID-capable cards, these can also be used in conjunction with PITreader card unit.

The unit uses multiple spray nozzles on its circumference, providing a steady and pressurized stream. Each nozzle can be plugged or opened to create customized spray patterns. Added spindle rotation ensures that coolant reaches virtually everywhere inside the machine. XPlanar now provides greater traceability through ID technology integrated into the mover bumper. The ID functionality enables unique identification of XPlanar movers by reading the mover's individual serial number. The ID bumper is easy to mount or retrofit on movers already in the field, and it requires no additional hardware.

Easily retrofitted, the PSS-T300 provides excellent access to the work area while offering space-savings via its tower design. The new pallet storage system offers flexible setup options and can be paired with one or two machines, and configured with one or two setup stations.

MH140 fits most machine coolant tanks, and the small footprint – no larger than a standard conveyor – saves valuable floor space. A unique frame design using high-strength materials enables the conveyor to withstand extreme loads, torsional forces and abrasion for trouble-free operation and long life.

The 2700 Medium Duty hits the sweet spot between Dorner's popular low profile 2200 and 3200 heavy duty platforms. While the 2200 conveyor can carry up to 80 pounds, and the 3200 conveyor can support up to 400 pounds, the 2700 Medium Duty is engineered to safely convey up to 150 pounds.

An advanced touchscreen HMI enables automatic, partial changeovers in 15 seconds or less, and one minute or less for complete changeovers. Additionally, the user-friendly HMI uses QR codes for easy servicing, forecasting tools and a 500-part setup library. The bar feeder's newly designed main cover lifts upward for easier access.

One of the primary benefits of vibratory feeders in the nut processing industry is the simple and clean construction of the feeder tray. The trays can be easily and quickly wiped down or washed out for product changeover or sanitation protocol.

The PermaClean Filtration System eliminates sludge build up by adding optional agitation to the coolant collection tank.
