SolidMeister Barrel Endmills
SolidMeister barrel endmills are efficient tools for complex 3D surfacing operations used in mold making, orthopedic implant work, and the machining of gas turbine blades and other freeform surfaces in the aerospace and energy industries. AH8000 PVD-Coated Grade Inserts With SDM Chipbreaker
SDM chipbreaker features unique T-land with variable widths and optimized rake angle that provide the insert with resistance against notch wear. Difficult metals like HRSAs are prone to cause notch wear on the insert cutting edge that can severely deteriorate insert tool life. What we don't see when turning HTA at a microscopic level is that a heat pocket is being created between the cutting edge and the chip being formed. This heat pocket is preventing coolant from targeting the cutting edge. What HPC does is break through the heat pocket and get coolant to where it needs to be.
DC118 Supreme Solid Carbide Drill

As highly advanced multitasking machines with multiple spindles and turrets are gaining popularity to maximize productivity, the needs for left-hand tools are increasing as well, which enable simultaneous machining on the right and left-hand spindles of such machines.

The consolidated range of enclosure parts includes a wide variety of locks, latches, and catches to suit all requirements. Quarter turn locks are frequently specified for enclosures thanks to their ease of operation while ensuring secure door closure. All drill sleeves have a threaded connecting port on the sleeve end for easy coolant hose connection.
DMH Drill Head Line
The DMH drill head features a fracture resistant design that is suitable for applications that involve drilling holes through thin-walled sections of workpieces. In normal circumstances, thin walls tend to spring back on the drill after the drill pierces through and exits the hole. In the process, uncut material shifts and forms exit burrs that impose extra burdens on the drill edge. These problems inflict damage on drill corners, shortening tool life. The DMH drill head's geometry protects drill corners from fracture damage, providing extended tool life and reduced downtime.
