SINAMICS S210
SINAMICS S210 offers DC link coupling on 3-phase units for increased power efficiency on multi-axis applications. Corresponding SIMOTICS highly efficient synchronous motors feature high-resolution 22- or 26-bit absolute encoders, single or multi-turn. One-cable connectivity is standard and all motors and feature IP64, IP65, IP67 or IP69X protection. Easier setup and selection are assured with the integrated EMC filter and braking resistor.
SINAMICS S200
Easy setup is assured with the electronic type plate on the 1FL2 motor and one-button tunning in the S200 drive. The integrated brake resistor and integrated holding brake control add to the functions in the S200 servo-drive. High durability is designed in with the coated circuit boards (3C2) in the S200 and IP65 motors with metal connection solution. Built-in under-voltage protection is further provided.
SINAMICS G220
SINAMICS G220 is the first drive to join the Siemens Xcelerator portfolio, the Siemens-wide business platform for digital transformation. SINAMICS G220 drives are an integral part of the TIA Portal and feature a digital twin in Startdrive, the drives commissioning tool from Siemens. This allows the behavior of the drive to be tested and optimized before the hardware is available. SINAMICS G220 has an integrated web-server for commissioning which eliminates the need to install software or an app on a PC or mobile device. This saves time and makes drive setup very intuitive and extremely user-friendly.
Quick-Loc 2 Pallet System
QL2 features heavy duty, all steel body – treated with Jergens Mcoat for superior wear resistance and durability even in harsh environments. The system features a floating and opposing clamping wedge assembly (with sealed wedge bodies); an Acme threaded screw for increased strength and long life; O-ring lifters for positive separation of top tooling; and versatile standard mounting options. QL2 is Made in the U.S.A. and has a Jergens patented design.
Eco-Corr Film
Metal parts packaged in Eco-Corr Film® receive ongoing protection against salt, excessive humidity, condensation, moisture, and aggressive industrial atmospheres. In addition to serving as a physical barrier to the elements and inhibiting corrosion on metals in direct contact with the film, Eco-Corr Film® also contains Vapor phase Corrosion Inhibitors that vaporize and then condense on all accessible metal surfaces within the enclosed package to interrupt the corrosion reaction between metal, oxygen, and an electrolyte.
GT 342 Automatic Magazine Bar Feeder
The GT 342 enables machining of bars from 0.12" to 1.73" (3-44 mm) and can guide bars from 32" (800 mm) to 12'.6" (3810 mm) in length. The new toolless channel design allows for partial changeovers of under 2 minutes with full changeover times of less than 7 minutes. Once unlocked, the lower channels simply slide out while the upper channel remains the same for the entire bar diameter range.
DCMove Belted Conveyor
The DCMove Belted fits accuracy demanding application such as labelers, printers, side transfer sortation, and restricted spaces in addition to packaging, e-commerce, logistics and general material handling. Unique to this new release is the availability of the plug and play iDrive v2 configurations. It allows customers to select the best control methods for their application ranging from a ready to run conveyor to a flexible control great for integration with PLCs via a variety of communication protocols including Ethernet. This is all done with the 24VDC brushless motors and controllers technology standard to the market.

PITreader Card Unit
The RFID transponders are available as freely writeable and preconfigured versions. A transparent window on the PITreader card enables users to still read the LED status indicator when the card is held up to it. If the company already uses RFID-capable cards, these can also be used in conjunction with PITreader card unit. In this case, users need only one card for multiple functions.
Tool Caddy
The horizontal arrangement of the tool pockets greatly improves machinist safety. Traditional tool racks and carts keep tools in a vertical position with the cutter tip pointing up. This creates a risk of injury for operators when they need to reach over sharp edges to access other tools in the middle or back of the cart. The Tool Caddy design makes it easy and convenient for the operator to grab each toolholder without any risk of cuts, and it uses only about 4 square feet of floor space.
Washdown Tool
The unit uses multiple spray nozzles on its circumference, providing a steady and pressurized stream. Each nozzle can be plugged or opened to create customized spray patterns. Added spindle rotation ensures that coolant reaches virtually everywhere inside the machine. Residing in the tool changer, and programmed just as any other, the Jergens Washdown Tool is deployed periodically at scheduled intervals. This automation shortens cleaning time and supports long machining cycles, even lights out manufacturing periods when no operator is present.
