Chip Blower

The Chip Blower automates in-machine cleaning of coolant and chips by delivering high-volume air flow with spindle rotation. When not in use, the Chip Blower fits easily into any automatic tool change system for vertical, horizontal or multi-tasking machining centers. The Chip Blower can be used with automatic tool changers and programmed into a machining cycle, helping to improve machine utilization and increase productivity. Cell-U-Clean Return to Load (RTL) Spray Cabinet

The Return to Load, a member of our Cell-U-Clean line of parts washers, is an excellent cabinet return to operator washer for parts up to 40 Lbs. where floor space comes at a premium. This low-cost spray washer was designed as a high-capacity solution with low energy usage. The RTL platform comes standard as a wash blowoff unit but can be configured with an additional liquid stage when rinsing or a rust protection application is required.

SFERAX Type H.L. Linear Ball Bearing

The SFERAX Type H.L. features a 100 Chromium-6 steel housing, hardened to 63 HRC, ground (lapped for quality grade A), a brass ball tray, and precision 100 Chromium-6 steel balls. The SFERAX Type H.L. is approved for wide temperature use, -30° to +200°C (without seals). Its three external grooves make mounting easy.

CO2 Snow-Jet Booths

With the new manual and automated JetStation-HP booths, acp systems AG supplies compact cleaning solutions for these use cases with quattroClean technology. The closed, sound-proofed stand-alone units are made entirely of stainless steel. They are only equipped with components and materials used in cleanroom applications. When designing the process chamber, attention was paid to ensuring that detached contaminants and carbon dioxide are removed quickly and effectively by the integrated extraction system and that no dirt pockets can form. This prevents the cleaned parts from becoming recontaminated.

LK StyliCleaner

The compact StyliCleaner, which has a 70mm (2.8in) x 100mm (3.9in) footprint, is available in two sizes, StyliCleaner8 and StyliCleaner16, designed to decontaminate styli from 0 to 8mm (0.31in) and from 6mm (0.24in) to 16mm (0.62in) in diameter, respectively. The separate control unit may be positioned on the CMM table, or if space is limited it can be attached to the CMM stand using an optional mounting plate.
