MAPAL offers hydraulic chucks specially for tool grinding machines, the HydroChuck Grind-A and the HydroChuck Grind-M. The advantages of MAPAL's hydraulic expansion technology can thus now also be used for tool grinding.

With the SCHUNK TENDO Slim 4ax hydraulic expansion toolholder, it is possible to combine the complete outside geometry of heat shrinking mountings with SCHUNK hydraulic expansion technology. The slim mounting makes it suitable for use in series production, particularly in the automotive industry.

KOMA Precision Inc. introduces a line of high accuracy, high rigidity, energy saving and zero maintenance rotary tables from Tsudakoma. The pictured RBS series (Rotary Ball System) is a 4th axis rotary table series suitable for single-axis VMCs and the TBS series (Tilt Ball System) is a 5th axis rotary table series suitable for dual-axis use on VMCs.

Jergens Inc. introduces its 125mm vise and 96mm Drop & Lock pallet as a universal quick-change solution. The two work together on vertical and horizontal machining centers, and significantly open up possibilities on 5-axis and multiple-axis machining centers for increased machining access and the quick changeover of both top tooling and machineable parts.

American Workholding Inc. offers Force Gauge, an effective, lightweight, mostly hand-held, direct-reading gauge. It gives an operator, setup man or quality control individual an instant and accurate reading of actual lbs/tonnage force data for many shop floor situations.

When machining requires high-speed performance, Troyke's direct-drive spindles deliver precision and control. Direct motor-to-spindle connection eliminates any chance for gear error, allowing for a high degree of accuracy.

Bluco Corp.'s modular fixturing system is for fixturing low-volume/high-mix work. Using an alternating pattern of dowel and tapped holes, fixture plates are accurate to +/- 0.0004" between centers.

U S Shop Tools offers round jaws in sizes up to 28 inches in diameter. In addition, large diameter steel round jaws, up to 15" with a height of 6", are also available.
