Kalamazoo Industries Inc. offers a wide range of 5C collet fixtures designed to deliver a high degree of versatility. The full line of fixtures includes stationary manual, index and air operated 5C collet holders, plus an RTBA rotary table. Most models are "dead length" units for non-lateral movement of the work piece to maintain original "datum" for repeat operations.
The 5C Collet Chuck can be mounted vertically or horizontally, stacked for multiple parts, drilled and tapped for fixture mounting, or held in a power or manual chuck. The A1 5C Collet Universal Indexing Fixture has a 24 space ring and a 5C collet taper in the spindle nose. The head can be angled from 0 deg. to 100+ deg. The 5C 5C Collet Indexing Fixture has a 24 space ring and draw nut. (Index rings 0-36 spaces are available.) The 10C 5C Collet Fixture can be positioned vertically or horizontally. It features a hardened ground thru hole spindle.
The 1CC 5C Collet Fixture for Chucks offers infinite adjustment for quick set up on 5C collets. No need to remove the power chuck. The RTBA Rotary Table features a 6-in index table, a 6-in, 3 jaw chuck and a 24 space indexing ring. The spindle may be locked in any position without engaging the index pin.
