The ASL-100 from Ganesh Machinery is a slant-bed CNC Lathe with automatic load/unload capability for unattended operation on 2"- to 1/4"-diam. parts up to 2.2 lbs. The parts enter and depart the machine on individual fabric conveyer belts.

The machine features a 12-station tool turret, 6" chuck and 6,000-rpm spindle with a double-loader arm to remove a finished part and insert a raw part into the chuck for continuous predictable production efficiency. The machine features the FANUC 0i-TF CNC.
