"C" Frame Fixtures

Royal Machine & Tool Corp. has developed a series of "C" frame fixtures ranging from a 400MM to 800MM table capacity specially designed by Royal Machine to grip and locate high alloy valve body forgings used in the oil and steam industries. Designed and built in the USA, Royal's Special "C" frame fixtures provide easy access to all aspects of a valve, allowing complete machining in a single set-up.

These fixtures are offered as Manual or Hydraulic actuated, and provide easy change-over from one work piece size to another. Possible additional applications include the gripping of any castings or forged multi-faced part with intersecting axes — tees, elbows or crosses.
