Custom-Designed Angle Heads

Koma Precision Inc. offers custom-designed angle heads manufactured by Alberti. These special application heads fit all industries across the board. Fixed angle heads, offset angle heads (one is pictured), multiple-output heads and long-reach angle heads are just some examples of Alberti’s design and manufacturing capabilities.

All Alberti angle head spindles are manufactured from one solid piece of hardened steel that increases resistance to bending stress by 25 percent. This also enables the tools reach higher spindle speeds without vibrations. The unique angular contact bearings ensure perfect concentricity and stability required to achieve higher performance of machining operations.
