The Dream Chuck Stop from Dream Tools Inc. allows end users to machine through a part by providing the clearance for cutting tools to go through the part. According to the company, it is reusable unlike soft jaws and conventional chuck stops. It also elimimates the time-consuming process of machining soft jaws.

The patent-pending chuck-stop design can reportedly pay for itself after a few setups.

End users can set up a part along the jaw diameter in increments of 1.5mm (0.062") thanks to the rise blocks. They can machine through a part thanks to the adjustable sliding blocks and position a part at any diameter. The chuck stop consistently holds a part perpendicular to the jaws and parallel to the chuck face.
