Fountain Industries has introduced its ECOMASTER Series 7000 modular aqueous parts washing systems for fast and effective parts cleaning for a range of industrial applications.
Designed to meet user needs at the current time, these aqueous parts washers are designed with unique modular features, easily allowing upgrades to other options at a future time. ECOMASTER line makes the investment into parts cleaning easy with options to change or upgrade to other features in the future. The Series 7000 parts washers are available in three models: a non-heated model, a heated model and a heated model with filtration.
The 440-lb capacity working tray and 26-gallon soaking capacity give the user capacity for thorough large and small component cleaning. With a thermally protected 350 GPH pump, this unit also features flow through brush with adjustable fluid control, an adjustable spigot, skimmer pads to soak oil from the reservoir tank and stainless steel drain screen. Additional features include easy-to-operate fluid controls, heavy duty stand and full lid.
The EM7020 heated model has all of the features above for the non-heated model and more. It has a premium control system with easily adjustable fluid heat control, low fluid level sensor and drain flap to reduce fluid evaporation.
The EM7040 "professional" heated model has all ECOMASTER features and even more. This unit also has a filtration system, a grease tray and 10-W water resistant LED light.
"The ECOMASTER modular design allows choosing the model to meet current needs and budget," reports Steve Hawkins, Vice President of Business Development for Fountain Industries."When needs change, the ECOMASTER can be easily and quickly upgraded – no need to buy a new system. They are ruggedly built to last for many years and are backed by Fountain Industries 50 years' experience designing and manufacturing the highest quality parts cleaning systems."
