Lyndex-Nikken, manufacturer and provider of high-performance machine tool accessories, introduces the EZ-Automation product line in response to industry demand. Already well known on the machine shop floor for high-performance machine tool accessory solutions that deliver exceptional results, Lyndex-Nikken can now also be relied upon for EZ-automation solutions for machine shops. The first automation product in the EZ-Automation product line is the EZ-AutoCart that easily automates CNC machine tending.
Today, manufacturers are seeking a solution for fierce competition for skilled workers amid rising labor and benefit costs, demand for high mix, low volume quality parts, delivering quality parts on time, and modernizing for Industry 4.0/5.0. Integrating, operating, and maintaining such systems cost-effectively with existing staff skill sets is daunting.

The EZ-AutoCart, part of Lyndex-Nikken’s EZ-Automation product line, easily automates CNC machine tending of CNC lathes, mills, and similar machines. The EZ-AutoCart machine tending solution enables machine shops to streamline machine tending with minimal effort; no-code automation empowers manufacturers to easily operate the EZ-AutoCart. Results include significantly boosting spindle time and enhancing overall machine efficiency.

- Optional hub provides data mining and quick change between multiple CNC machines

The EZ-AutoCart vision capabilities:

The EZ-AutoCart boasts a payload capacity of 18kg, reach of 1300mm, maximum joint speed of 435°/s, and repeatability of +/-0.025mm. Additionally, options available include workholding, end-of-arm tooling, infeed grid plates, safety scanners, and integration support.
