J.W. Winco Inc. offers GN 421.12 metric size, technopolymer plastic, hollow knurled knobs with a stainless steel threaded stud and swivel thrust pad. Temperature resistant to 194° F (80° C), the RoHS-compliant hollow knurled knobs have a ball end whose diameter is smaller than the core diameter of the thread.
The thrust pad, which is made of black technopolymer plastic with a matte finish, supplied unmounted, and allows for a swivel of 15°, is easily clipped on and taken off. In clamping applications, the partially protruding steel hub of the knurled knob prevents chipping of the plastic of the knob base.
The knob body is a black technopolymer plastic with a smooth, glossy finish, while the threaded stud is 304 Cu stainless steel, molded-in.
