GN 586

July 01, 2010

J.W. Winco Inc., a supplier of standard industrial machine components, announced it now offers series GN 586 Safety Swivel Load Rings. These RoHS-compliant safety swivel load rings come in inch and metric sizes. The ring and bracket are forged and annealed steel with a special bright pink powder coated finish that changes color to indicate exposure to high temperatures. The threaded socket head bolt is of steel with a Delta Tone (inorganic zinc-plate dip spin coating) finish. The bushing is zinc plated, blue passivated steel. The load rings can be folded and rotated in all directions, carrying the full load in any tension direction. They have high load carrying capacity and are tested to meet safety standards (safety factor 4). Load ring and bracket are 100 percent electro magnetic tensile tested to EN 1677.
