M12 Fuel ¼” Straight Die Grinder

By harnessing the portable productivity, performance and run-time that it can deliver through M12 Fuel technology, Milwaukee introduces the M12 Fuel ¼” straight die grinder. Designed to replace pneumatic die grinders, this new tool offers up to 0.3-hp performance, three-mode rpm control, and greater mobility and access without the frustrations of hoses and compressors.

“When we introduced our M12 Fuel ¼” right-angle die grinder, we disrupted the market and exceeded users’ expectations by delivering the industry’s first cordless right-angle die grinder,” said Mark Kelly, product manager for Milwaukee Tool. “Now we’re expanding our offering in this new product category by introducing the M12 Fuel ¼” straight die grinder equipped with 0.3-hp performance to outperform the most common 0.25-hp die grinders by 20%.”

As with all M12 Fuel products, the new tool features three Milwaukee-exclusive innovations — the Powerstate brushless motor, Redlithium battery pack and Redlink Plus intelligence hardware and software— to provide users with the ability to remove material faster, and with more power, than pneumatic.

The new die grinder features a responsive variable-speed trigger that allow users unmatched control with their most common 2” accessories. In addition, the cordless technology in this tool removes the need for compressors and hoses, and their associated daily maintenance.

The new M12 Fuel ¼” straight die grinder joins the M12 cordless system, the largest subcompact system on the market, focused on delivering durability and power in the tightest spaces. Currently the M12 system is made up of more than 100 solutions.
