Magna-Rails and Magna-Rolls

March 01, 2014

Eriez Magna-Rails and Magna-Rolls utilize the time-tested, practical application of magnetics to effectively enhance the efficiency of automated conveyor systems.

Keeping steel parts from falling off moving conveyor belts is absolutely essential for maintaining productivity and profitability in metalworking operations. Positioned under conveyor belts, Eriez Magna-Rails offer proven performance to hold parts securely, even at high speeds up or down inclines as steep as 90 degrees.

Commonly used in direct contact with steel sheets and tubing, Magna-Rolls provide power and dependability. They can be installed on new or existing conveyor lines to drive, convey and control steel products. The firm magnetic grip helps ensure that when the roll turns, the steel moves. Further, when the roll stops, the steel stops as well, thus eliminating the need for pinch rollers.

Eriez Magna-Rails and Magna-Rolls feature rugged construction for ultimate durability. An array of standard and custom-designed sizes are available to meet customers' unique application requirements.
