GenSwiss offers a new line of cobalt and carbide microdrills in 0.1mm thru 3mm diameter sizes in 0.01mm increments to suit a full range of microdrilling and spot drilling operations. With superior edge quality, precision ground and finished on shank diameters, enables holding the microdrills in standardized ER collet holders, thereby eliminating the need for expensive specialized microcollets, according to the company.
In addition, the new microdrills when paired with the GenSwiss Advanced Precision Micro Drill Holder adds an extra performance measure for machining tight-tolerance microparts. The tools are available in 10-piece packs from stock.
