NuSoL Alumax 89 continues Chemtool Inc.'s line of enhanced NuSoL products. NuSoL Alumax 89 is specifically formulated for all operations on non-ferrous alloys, exotic ferrous alloys including titanium, Inconel and Monel, plastics and composites. New surfactant technologies promote and enhance supreme detergency for clean parts and machine surfaces. Other additives provide tough resistance to the negative effects of hard water soap formation and aluminum soap formation from non-ferrous operations.
NuSoL Alumax 89 continues to exhibit the small and stable particle size (~ 1µm) which provides superior wetting, detergency and excellent boundary lubrication associated with NuSoL metalworking fluids. In addition, NuSoL Alumax 89 performance is complemented with the presence of a new surfactant package that demonstrates even lower foaming characteristics for typical use concentrations (5-15 percent).
