Version 3.5 now provides even more powerful automated design-geometry adjustment and repair tools that can be used to correct and/or offset issues that stem from the manufacturing process itself. Moldmakers, casting shops, and additive manufacturing (AM, aka 3D printing) providers alike can employ the software to detect and visualize material and/or design defects or distortions—and then employ sophisticated capabilities to correct their CAD designs, compare values against nominal limits and ensure that final part quality meets applicable industry standards.

An unlimited number of worksheets can be created and used in a variety of ways – whether users prefer to create them per shift, by machine, day of the week, etc. In addition to the ability to drag and drop components or assemblies onto the list users can also import using CSV from MRP. When importing assemblies only the assembly name needs to be specified, with JOC Lite automatically exploding it down to individual components.

Glass fibers as light as feathers; the smallest SMD components or micro-mechanical parts; sensitive battery components; plastic films; paper and glass - all can be handled by the ADHESO gripper. Gripping of automotive or mechanical engineering components of a weight of 33 pounds and more is also possible. Automated separation of breathable components is also feasible. Glebar pairs the wider work wheel with an oscillating regulating wheel powered by servo motors to reduce setup time and improve sphericity. The slides can be programmed to finite positions through a touchscreen HMI. When an operator selects a job, the servo motors automatically adjust to programmed positions which reduces setup time.

The robot's design includes a new arm structure, drive system and lighter main unit, which enables high speeds and a large working area. Its 1,460 mm reach is the largest in its class, allowing for installation flexibility and use in a wider variety of applications. L-812 linear motion modules are available with travel ranges from 102mm to 610mm (4" to 24") and easily configurable. Two linear modules can be combined to form XY-tables and with the availability of the brake, a vertical axis can be added for XYZ multi-axis motion and precision automation applications. A folded drive train further facilitates integration by reducing the overall length, installing the motor side-by side with the linear stage, instead of the more common inline construction.

These bags take the protection of basic VpCI®-126 Film to the next level by adding an extra barrier against moisture and oxygen for enhanced corrosion inhibition during long-term storage or harsh shipping conditions. The bags can be vacuum-packed and are ideal for automotive build-ahead programs, all-time-buys, or other long-term metal storage applications.

Flexbar's Visorguard-LED™ system is water and coolant proof and installs in minutes on CNC mills, conventional mills, drill presses and more. The adjustable Flexbar® arm permits setting of the Visorguard shield at the correct height and angle for each setup, then locks rigid. The special wing-shaped shield flips up to load a part and down for machining. A special spring-loaded shaft allows the shield to stay put with no spring back.
