The enhanced UR10e retains the small footprint, intuitive programming experience, uncompromising repeatability, commitment to quality, and trusted performance that Universal Robots customers have come to expect, but its increased payload capacity means that users can now do more.

This innovative insert seating substantially eliminates the tendency for vibrations, increasing insert life as well as tool holder life. The design also prevents incorrect engagement, especially for narrow insert widths, and enables an extremely high indexing accuracy.

This release features several improvements inspired by our user base. The undo feature was one of the top suggestions we received from customers, so we knew we had to get it into this release and we're super excited to see it come to fruition.

A thick titanium-rich PVD coating with excellent thermal stability has been developed specifically for AH62225. This coating effectively prevents crater wear from developing on the insert rake surface. The grade's top layer incorporates the latest titanium-rich nano-multilayer structure; its high-density crystal orientation enhances the grade's hardness for superior wear resistance.

ISO-EcoTurn inserts, while downsized for tool economy, incorporate the identical chipbreaker geometry and thickness of regular sized inserts to maintain the same cutting performance at a depth of cut up to 3.0 mm (0.12"). This expansion provides more cost efficient solutions in steel turning applications.

The Shop Tap pneumatic machine is a medium duty general purpose tapping machine. It provides variable mounting capabilities and has two different motor choices and a working area reach of 62 inches. It features a stationary bench, quick change tooling adapter and a vertical motor bracket.

The innovative roughing geometry results in smaller chips and low cutting forces, and a reinforced corner chamfer promotes additional strength for longer tool life. Designed for semi-finish profile and center cutting, the multi-flute design is constructed of ultra-fine carbide grade CR3 for high cutting edge stability and wear resistance.

Available in diameter sizes starting at 4mm, these Star Cutter drills are manufactured from a selection of more wear-resistant carbide grades than typically used in these applications, resulting in longer tool life. Additionally, special bolt-hole circles and coolant hole sizes assist in eliminating OD aluminum build up and aid in flushing chips away from the workpiece.

This low-profile nanopositioning stage (only 27 mm high (1.1")) is maintenance free, and due to its non-particle generating drive and guiding principle, cleanroom compatible. It delivers 10mm (0.4") of hysteresis-free linear travel of its 75x80mm (≈3x3¼") moving platform while supporting up to 3kg (6.6lbs) loads.

Version 3.5 now provides even more powerful automated design-geometry adjustment and repair tools that can be used to correct and/or offset issues that stem from the manufacturing process itself.

An unlimited number of worksheets can be created and used in a variety of ways – whether users prefer to create them per shift, by machine, day of the week, etc. In addition to the ability to drag and drop components or assemblies onto the list users can also import using CSV from MRP.

Glass fibers as light as feathers; the smallest SMD components or micro-mechanical parts; sensitive battery components; plastic films; paper and glass - all can be handled by the ADHESO gripper. Gripping of automotive or mechanical engineering components of a weight of 33 pounds and more is also possible.
