Each lightweight KCI 1319 / KBI 1335 encoder includes a 25 mm hollow shaft and inductive scanning technology that makes it insensitive to contamination and magnetic fields. The encoder communicates using the high speed EnDat 2.2 interface which also allows for additional information, such as temperature or diagnostics, to be communicated as well.

The card is then ready to deploy and will reliably capture all recorded camera data. iShield Camera supports Loop Recording, where a camera deletes the oldest recordings to make room for new data.n

The speed and precision of the OptoFlash enables 100+ static measurements on parts up to 60mm in length and 20 mm in diameter within two seconds at U95 = 1 µm + D/200 (D in mm) with the ability to switch from one-part type to another with just one click (flexible gauge). It captures images of the component over the 360° degrees, automatically combining several images to determine both part optical axis and measurements of the features.n

The FBX drill is part of a tooling concept specifically developed to maximize metal removal rates and decrease cycle times when machining aerospace structural components.
