The Powered Lifting Hand Truck not only compliments the Magliner catalog of 2 wheel hand trucks, but it also enhances the line-up of LiftPlus® powered stackers. The Powered Lifting Hand Truck, while having a lower lifting capacity compared to the LiftPlus units, will be well received for use in tight areas where other stackers, or for that matter, fork trucks are overkill or simply have too large of a footprint.

With the addition of more standard, vacuum compatible hexapods, the load range of 5 to 80kg is covered; custom models for loads up to 1 ton have been designed as well. The hexapods provide very high resolution and repeatability to 0.1µm and 2 µrad, respectively.

Mitsubishi and Absolute jointly designed the plug-and-play cell. It consists of a Mitsubishi industrial robot, a wheeled stainless steel base, a clear polycarbonate cell enclosure featuring a safety door with an interlock switch, and a side table extension. The cell accommodates Mitsubishi 6-axis RV-series robots ranging in load capacity from 7 kg to 20 kg and reach up to 1,388mm.

Depending on the application, the stainless steel adjusting screws are available in a variety of thread diameters and lengths and can be optimally fastened to the production machine in combination with bearing blocks GN 828 from Winco.

Availability of these proven, digital solutions enhances SPPS' capabilities to engineer custom designs based on application-specific parameters to deliver clean, stable, reliable three-phase power from single phase utility service. In many areas of the country, it is prohibitively expensive to extend three-phase power, forcing customers to choose among problematic options such as static or rotary phase converters, or derating three-phase VFDs, which can produce harmful harmonics that can damage sensitive electronics.
