The CS2 Series force testers can perform the most commonly used tests within most industries from basic static force testing to multistage testing, cyclic testing and more at a fraction of the cost of an advanced materials tester.

With AOT onboard, a highly-intuitive graphical user interface provides step-by-step instructions that guide operators through the process of selecting material type, tooling, processes, and cutting motions for the desired part design. From there, the system then simulates the cutting process in a 3D graphical view before exporting the NC (numeric control) program.

Increasing connection security, particularly for applications which could be subject to vibration, the cage clamp system improves reliability and also means faster, simpler wiring without the requirement to use additional tools for installation and maintenance.

NUMai software can be utilized as soon as a machine tool has been commissioned and is ready to start production, or on a machine that is already being employed for production purposes. The software initially acquires all pertinent operating data over a period of time, typically a number of hours, while the machine is being used for normal production tasks.
