WBH20 is a grade well suited for ISO-H Group of material such as for hard turning applications. WBS10 is well suited for ISO-S materials, specifically nickel-based (such as Inconel), iron-based (such as Udimet) or cobalt-based (such as Hayens).

Larger Measurement Range for MCS10 Multicomponent Sensor

As part of the well-known MCS10 series, this latest version features capacities double the size of the previous version, making it suitable for nominal loads of 40 kN for Fx/Fy, 200 kN for Fz, 3.5 kNm for Mx/My and 3.0 kNm for Mz. DX4 Servo drive and MX Servo Motor Series

The launch of the new DX4 servo drive and MX servo motor series expands Trio's machine solution and now makes it faster and easier for OEMs to utilize the high performance motion control available from Trio's range of Motion Coordinators. The DX4 servo drive has plug-and-play compatibility with Trio's controllers and slice I/O systems, all programmed within a single software, Motion Perfect 5. Artis GEMVM System

The GEMVM system measures acceleration in up to three axes (depending upon sensor type) with a measuring frequency of up to 5.6kHz and a sampling rate of 25kHz. It has eight definable and selectable operating modes with five freely activatable static alarms. Any events that violate the predefined hard stop limits are logged in the event memory with relevant information for later analysis.n

XYZ Piezo Stage

PI's closed-loop piezo system handles the motion part in the TERA-print TERA-Fab™ E series platform. The piezo XYZ stage precisely moves the substrate under the beam pen array between light exposures and enables rapid reconstruction of an arbitrary, high-resolution pattern - up to 100,000s of sub-250nm pixels at a time. The nanopositioning mechanism is actuated by special multilayer piezo stacks whose ceramic encapsulation provides protection against humidity and moisture, important in bio-chemical applications.

TIM2XX LiDAR Sensor

The TiM240 is the first variant in the TiM2xx series and has an enclosure rating of IP65 for indoor use. The TiM240 scans a 240° area up to 10m away at speeds up to 15 times per second. This allows the user to cover a relatively large space (200m2) with one scanner and to quickly transmit any measurement changes to the controller via Ethernet. The tried-and-proven HDDM+ technology guarantees the stable and reliable output of measurement data. GC4415 and GC4425 Carbide Inserts

GC4415 and GC4425 are ideal for manufacturers operating in mass and batch production setups machining low-alloyed (P 2.1 to 2.6) and unalloyed (P 1.1 to 1.5) steels, respectively. Grade GC4425 has been shown to outperform competing inserts in a majority of steel turning applications. It features improved wear, heat resistance and toughness, which significantly expands the application range. 5074A Digital Charge Amplifier

The 5074B also comes with two features that deliver major operational improvements.
