As an EtherCAT device, the AMI812x integrated servo drive can be placed directly on the machine without a control cabinet and without upstream I/O, enabling the implementation of highly compact machines without control cabinets. At market introduction, the AMI812x series includes three overall lengths in the F2 flange code with standstill torques from 0.5 to 1.1 Nm. The AMI812x is optionally available with a multi-turn absolute encoder without battery backup and with a backlash-free holding brake. With an additional sealing ring, the servo drive achieves a high IP65 protection rating and is suitable for all motor installation positions. STO safety functionality can be integrated as an option via TwinSAFE Logic.

With FullStream nozzles, the liquid is supplied directly into the body of the nozzle creating a swirling action within a vortex chamber. This vortex produces the desired spray pattern when the machined nozzle breaks the liquid surface tension, and exits the orifice in a round, controlled spray angle.n

Powered by Artec 3D's AI neural engine, users can obtain sharp 3D scans with a resolution of up to 0.2 mm. The native, Mastercam 3D tool database is fully compatible with Mastercam 2019, 2020, and the latest Mastercam 2021 release. This black mark is generated using a picosecond laser. The ultrashort pulse durations of the picosecond laser allows it to impart energy to a material surface with almost no thermal effect. Unlike the heat-generated annealed marks made with fiber lasers, marks created by picosecond IR lasers are extremely high contrast periodic nanostructures with antireflective properties that make the marks appear deep black against their surroundings; they are restructured surface material rather than an oxide layer, making them highly resistant to bacterial growth, passivation, corrosion and autoclaving.
