Cortec Corp. announces that its popular and convenient Cor-Pak 1-MUL Pouches are available in 8- MUL format for eight times the corrosion protection volume previously offered.

Many years ago, the Super 716 Series diamond tool was made for dressing large and wide precision grinding wheels on centerless, cylindrical and surface precision grinding machines. They were made to minimize glazing and the closing up of the wheel surface. They were also made to carry the large wheel without taper or the crushing of the bond.

EXAIR's new 1/8 NPT no drip internal mix air atomizing spray nozzles mix liquid and air inside the nozzle and produce a fine atomization of liquids. The new, patented no drip internal mix air atomizing spray nozzles work in the same way the company's standard atomizing nozzles do, but have the added benefit of positively stopping liquid flow when compressed air is shut off.

oelheld has been on the forefront of lubricant innovations for over 130 years. The company's R&D team in cooperation with machine manufacturers, universities and customers know exactly what to expect from water-miscible coolants and their challenges.

Twenty proven software and hardware kits for the most popular cobot applications are available on the UR+ platform, a large and comprehensive ecosystem of products certified to integrate seamlessly with cobots from Universal Robots.

Grob Systems offers its G-Series universal mill/turn machining centers. The G-Series, which includes the G350, G550 and G750 5-axis universal machining centers, offers limitless possibilities for milling parts made of the most diverse materials.

From Severance Tool Industries Inc. comes the Speedy Handle tool for use with Midget Mills, rotary files, deburring and chamfering cutters, countersinks, and a wide variety of other bits used in detailed finishing work. Corrosion may not be the first word that comes to mind when thinking of preventative maintenance. Yet, it can be a critical part of keeping vital "nerve centers" going at any facility — making sure the lights stay on; the electricity continues working; and servers, phone systems, fire alarms and other electrical controls keep functioning.

With built-in handles and heavy-duty casters, this portable evaporative cooler is engineered to generate significant airflow and provide a superior portable cooling solution with easy mobility for a variety of work and spaces.

When grinding carbide and HSS tools in large industrial volumes, large filter and central systems for cleaning contaminated grinding oils are worthwhile in several ways, like the filtration systems from filter specialist VOMAT in Treuen, Germany. They offer ultrafine filtration systems that can be individually customized to customer-specific production conditions.

Walter has introduced the MU5 double-sided indexable insert for turning operations. The insert can be used universally both for steel forged parts and also for stainless materials.

Robotiq announced new functionalities for its Finishing Copilot software. Designed for manufacturers with polishing or sanding processes, the software's new weaving motion and variable trajectory planning enables a cobot to adjust its own path. This means cobots can finish a family of parts without the operator having to adapt the program.
