Beckhoff Automation has announced another addition to the popular family of ultracompact C60xx series Industrial PCs (IPCs) with the new C6025. This space-saving IPC delivers the high computing performance of the Intel Core i series in a fanless, small-form-factor device. The new Intel Core i U processors, with exceptionally low power requirements, have made this advancement possible.

The high-speed Mazak FJV-35/80 double-column vertical machining center offers high precision over extended periods of operation with enhanced performance, Intelligent Functions and rigid machine construction. Suitable for a wide range of industries, including aerospace, construction, die and mold, and heavy machine, the versatile FJV-35/80 accommodates up to 6,614 lbs. on a 88.19" x 29.53" work table.

Mazak Corp. offers the Integrex i-200ST AG hybrid multitask machine for Done In One gear production. Mazak Corp.'s Integrex i-400ST multitask machine is available with two turning spindles, a milling spindle and lower turret – a configuration that can process first and second operations simultaneously or perform required sequential operations on a single workpiece. With Done In One part production ability to handle all processes from raw material input through final machining, the Integrex i-400ST reduces lead times dramatically and eliminates multiple setups for improved part accuracy.

Mazak Corp. has introduced its new Mazatrol SmoothAi CNC, which is available on the Integrex i-450H S Multi-Tasking Machine. In addition to the control, the machine has a new design that increases flexibility and enhances machine performance for significantly easier automation integration, allowing shops to cost effectively boost the output of existing workforces.

Mazak Corp.'s Integrex i-500 advanced multitask machine is the biggest model in the Integrex i Series family and offers manufacturers more options for machining large, complex workpieces. The machine is available with a 5.2" bore and a 15" chuck on the main horizontal turning spindle and is capable of C-axis indexing in 0.0001-degree increments and comes standard with a 40-hp (30 kW) integral spindle motor that provides a maximum spindle speed of 2,500 rpm.
