SAEJ1926 Port Tools

The SAEJ1926-X will cut the required spot face and O-Ring taper only; it does not cut the thread minor diameter. A coolant hole to each flute aids with increased chip evacuation, higher speeds and feeds, and longer tool life. The polished flute face optimizes performance for a smoother surface finish. Rineck Shrink Fit Tooling and Machine Technology

Rineck offers standard and custom shrink fit tool holders with various connections including CAT, HSK, BT, SK, PSC and straight shank extensions. In addition, ER shrink fit collets are available. For added rigidity, flange or dual contact holders are available for CAT and BT tapers. A clamping range from 3 mm to 32 mm is possible for both slim and standard styles. REV Broaching Tools

SK Collet Chucks

VpCI-649 BD

A concentration of 0.5% VpCI-649 BD may be all that is needed to inhibit corrosion inside the tooling cooling water system. As time passes, this concentration may change as water is lost. Workers should therefore periodically monitor the water (e.g., by the molybdate tracer or refractometer) to make sure the right level of VpCI®-649 BD remains. Additional water or VpCI-649 BD can be added as needed to maintain the proper concentration of corrosion inhibitor for protection.
