21.21 Rectangular Connectors

These hoods are fully compatible with the existing range of "21.21" enclosures and they are particularly suitable for CQ series inserts with a high number of individual conductors. When installed with the sealing kit (CKR-65 or CKR-65D), they provide IP66/67/69 degrees of protection.

CNC Blanket Grinding

Utilizing ANCA's machine platforms with a robot cell, blanket grinding offers flexibility across a range of tool sizes and applications. Blanket grinding allows for full automation of tools of similar geometries, by consolidating all tool grinding processes into one single machine. A batch of complete finished tools can be produced without interruption directly from lengths of ground bar stock with no operator intervention.

PNOZmulti 2 and PNOZ m C0

The extremely narrow PNOZ m C0 has the structural properties of a safety relay but is as powerful as a configurable safety controller. It provides eight safe inputs and four safe semiconductor outputs at a width of just 22.5 mm. Up to four safety functions can be reliably monitored. These include E-STOP, safety gates, safety light curtains and two-hand control. Also on this standalone base unit, all safety circuits are created via the intuitive software tool PNOZmulti Configurator, the basic version of which is free of license costs and available on the Pilz website.

C3 Series of BIG CAPTO Tool Holders

The BIG CAPTO C3 square holders for turning applications come in left and right orientation. The turning application holders—C3-180-BH16R-2058 and C3-180-BH16L-2058—are mono-block holders. Their insert clamps are tough and reliable, adding on to the already inherently high rigidity of mono-block holders. The resulting higher rigidity minimizes vibrations and movement during cutting, improving accuracy and efficiency.

Mechanical Linear Actuators

With the synchro-use dual actuators, the two carriages move toward each other when the handle shaft is turned clockwise. The two carriages move away from each other when the handle shaft is turned counterclockwise. As with the standard linear actuators, they can be used with simple manual adjustments without complex processes of parts selection, design and assembly. The internal parts, as well, are protected from dust by an aluminum profile body and dustproof sheet.

DC180 Supreme

GN3971 and GN3975 Angular Gear Boxes

The bevel gear box GN 3971 is available in seven sizes with housing lengths between 1.26 and 2.36 in (32 and 60 mm) and widths between 0.71 and 1.38 in (18 and 35 mm). The gear ratio between the gear box shafts is always 1. Thanks to small center distances, the worm gear reducer GN 3975 measures only 2.36 in (60 mm) on the sides and only 1.38 in (35 mm) in width. An internal hardened steel screw moves a worm gear made of special brass.

Cera-Cut End Mills

Cera-Cut End Mills are designed for the consistent cutting of high-temperature resistant materials such as Inconel, Hastelloy, and Nimonic as well as the machining of hardened tool steels. Machine Tending Solutions

Through flexible connectivity via Ethernet and easy programming through the Direct Robot Control (DRC) feature of Mitsubishi Electric´s M8 Series, machine tending can benefit customers that may not have experienced robot programmers available. In addition to DRC, almost any CNC machine can be connected to a shop floor via discrete I/O for non-M8 CNC controls from Mitsubishi Electric and other companies. Further support is available through Mitsubishi Electric trained engineers to service both robot and CNC.
