Baileigh Industrial Inc. is launching a new campaign for one of the most successful products in its product line: the BB-4816M - Magnetic Sheet Metal Brake. Sized to fit any garage or workshop, the recently improved Magnetic Sheet Metal Brake can bend boxes or pans to almost any depth because it doesn't rely on conventional finger depths.

Emuge Corp. announced it has expanded its EF-Series of high-penetration rate drills with a new line of submicrograin carbide coolant-fed microdrills. The EF high-performance microdrills range from 0.0295 in. (0.75 mm) up to 0.1181 in. (3.0 mm) in diameter, are all coolant through design, and are ideal for aerospace, medical and precision automotive applications designed for producing very small deep holes in steel, cast iron, stainless steels and nonferrous materials.

EXSYS Tool's 90-degree Skiving Drilling and Milling Head not only provides angled drilling and milling capabilities on turning centers, but also enables the machines to perform gear skiving operations. Designed as a reliable, high-precision solution for gun manufacturers, UNISIG's dedicated R-2A rifling equipment performs the most critical final steps of firearm manufacturing. The R-2A barrel rifling machine finishes barrel blanks with a high degree of accuracy, according to the company.

DrillMeister features simple and swift drill head indexing due to its self-clamping system. Tool replacement is easy: just replace the drill head. There is no need to remove the entire drill body from the toolholder and re-adjust the tool overhang, thus reducing a large amount of tool change time.
